Katherine, seemd to be very nice and reasonably prices. Keeping to a schedule was another story. Flat tires, traffic etc. Was supposed to be delivered late Wed or early Thur. Was delivered Fri. She handled my bike with care as noticed by the pick up guy and at the delivery site. Was very secure in transit. Overall the experience was pretty good with the bmentioned hickups. I would use Katherine again and recommend her to anyone.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Through no fault of her own KLCM cannot handle this shipment for me. Her truck broke down before she was able to get my shipment. I wish her well, and if the need arises will use her again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Time is of the upmost importance here. Carrier could not state exactly when collection would take place.
Will attempt to use this carrier again in the future.

Response from KLCM:
This person is a scam artist. She told me I would be paid when I dropped the pup off. The receiving party had already paid 200.00 for transport in advance to Essence. I did not get paid. My truck did not break down and pup was delivered on time, but Essence got caught by us for stealing. We told her the pup could not get delivered, to catch her in her scheme and it worked. Proper law enforcement notified. Being in law enforcement for almost 20 years, I'm just glad she got caught.
