A great experience overall.Kitty Kondos took great care of our three cats,delivering when promised and in perfect condition.He did wonderful with our special needs kitty also.The only thing we hoped to have happened more was communication from Kitty Kondos. We were the ones that had to initiate nearly all of the communications.However,we can overlook this minor detail because of how well the animals were handled and the quick delivery.They were moved from CA to PA in only 4 days,wow!Thanks Al:)

Yes, I wish I could have communicated more as well. With the number of pets in my care, it was difficult to maintain any additional contact on my part. One additional problem I had was one of the puppies chewed my telephone charging wire in half. My telephone was discharging with no way to charge it. I had to keep what charge I had for direction contacts and informing customers of pickup and delivery times. I have since resolved that problem. I did enjoyed your kitties very much.
