provider subcontracted out shipment, showed up 5am 3 days early, demanded i pay them or they would take my vehicle back, not the way the uship was suppose work.called provider left message on both phone numbers with no response til i sent complaint to uship, he then called said i still had to give him code so he could get paid,already wrote check to delivers who spoke russian,had to call bank and put stop on check and had to close my account at bank afraid with my routing numbers and id on check Response from KINGAUTOTRANS: sorry for the confusion Lane all in all your Bronco was picked up and delivered in 3 days and Russian or not I think you got carried away by closing your account. Sorry we couldnt answer your call at 6 Am as we are not in the office at that time.

I was very clear to the person that I spoke with regarding what the expectation of the parties was and he agreed to all. Unfortunately, the driver kept calling a work number instead of the cell number that I was very clear was to be used for ALL contact. Arrived earlier than agreed which was a problem because I was out of town and knew I would be. Called a day earlier and said Ok we are here. I was supposed to drop everything.
The car did get here. Seemed OK Response from KINGAUTOTRANS: sorry Howard but if you look back you will see it was always scheduled to arrive Tuesday.
