Total fiasco. No communication/unproffessional behavior/did not meet delivery deadline/ non-skilled personel/ verbally agreed to make amends and defaulted.
The entire transaction was " lost" due to incompetency and left the buyer and seller unnessarily rescheduling around the transporters schedule. The horse was stressed beyond acceptable.I was always under the impression that " rodeo" people were true horseman. In this transaction it was more like rodeo clowns.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
We had a change of destination that is outside of an area where the shipper can travel and ship my horses for an acceptable price.

Response from KGHorses: Amicable resolution for both of us, she is moving to AZ instead of east coast and she needed to change the dropoff location from east coast to AZ... which is going in the opposite direction of the original agreed upon direction of where our trucks were headed on this particular date.

*2 weeks late.
*did not call to let me know there were problems
*was evasive when I called them
*repeatedly delayed delivery date without notification
All of this caused me to worry that I had been a victim of an internet swindle. (Not the case, however.)
Driver offered next delivery at reduced rate and promised changes were being made in communications dept.
I was just relieved when it was finally over.

Response from KGHorses: When we ship miniature herefords we always get praising feedback as you can see if searching through our feedback... this however was listed as a miniature and it turned out to be a 700 pound BULL! Instead of cancelling we went above and beyond the call of duty by modifying our trailer to fit this large beast and had to change our schedule to get rid of our other horses before making this move, the BULL arrived safe and sound next time she should be more truthfull about the size of her bulls.

KC delievered my horse in good shape. She was pastured in La. for a week on her way from Tx. The price was good, she was well cared for, and arrived without so much as a scratch. Thank you KC

There was alot of confusion at the beginning (I think it was a staffing issue) but, to their credit, they hired a great coordinator who whipped the situation into shape. I expect future transactions to be smoother Thanks KC! I would give you a second chance for sure. The horses arrived in beautiful condition.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
Unfortunetly I had to cancel the shipment of my horse, but Gary was an extremely nice person and he had exceptional customer service. If I had to ship a horse again, I would definetly call him. He was even very understanding when I had to cancel and he prompltly refunded all of my money that I had paid in full with out a problem. He has excellent customer service skills, I would definetly use him again.

Our horse Katie was very well treated and handled with the very best of care! She arrived after a 1,000+ mile trip in PERFECT condition, (they kept a very close eye on her and rested her anytime she needed)! KC,Gary and everybody from KG Horses gave Katie lots of TLC! Thanks guys for reuniting this Marine with her wonderful horse!!! Katie says thanks too! Recommend this shipper to anybody.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
After several communications with this provider (I called them, they never called me), I still had no idea when they would pick up my colt. They weren't even sure which one of them would. To be fair, they were always courteous, and I guess very busy.They told me mid week, then end of the week and then 10 more days. I was also told another horse got my stall. Just didn't work out, for all parties.

Response from KGHorses: This horse was to be picked up when we picked up JOSH LYONS horse in IDAHO (which world renowned horse trainer Josh Lyons has praised us in feedback for his horse move on this trip) these people said health certs not ready and that we would need to reschedule... sorry, but we dont reschedule a 2500 mile drive when they had three weeks to get ready. horse got here in good condition and well cared for. man knew what he was doing, but i would not recommend this shipper due to dates being pushed from a ten day delivery to a many week ordeal. WAS NOT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, but ive shipped with three others,and would not recommend.

Response from KGHorses: We were told one pickup date, then after booking was told the people had moved and it needed to be picked up by Saturday or we were liable! They do not understand a TENTATIVE shipping date does NOT transfer the care of a horse to the hauling service. We were told the horse was now abandoned as the owners had moved and it had now become our problem to get it before it died. VERY pathetic horse buyers and sellers on this entire deal. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY HAULING SERVICE.
