The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider has gone out of business, after accepting my bid. He did however answer his phone and assure me that I would recieve my deposit back. He was very nice about the situation but it really put me in a bind about getting my horse shipped. I understand that S_ _ T happens.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Uable to make contact with KG Horses for days (via phone and e-mail)and their website has been shut down. After accepting a bid from KG I was contacted by them, gave them my credit card information and was given KC's phone number to schedule pick up time. I have not been able to make contact with Gary or KC since. KG has already charged by credit card for the amt due to service provider without even scheduleing a pick up time. Also, I noticed that U-Ship has suspended their account.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This shipper, is unreliable, and has taken my deposit and also the prepayment in full (in order to obtain a discount)!
NOW all contact numbers have FULL mailboxes! The website is shut down and they are accumulating negative feedback from other members too.
I did speak to Gary Couch on Tuesday and he had me call KC to find out about the schedule, I left KC a message...NO call back, now his mailbox is full. THEY haven't contacted me or the seller either!
I would like a refund!

After speaking with service provider only four days ago regarding needed deposit, I called this morning (7/18/08) and was informed that they are no longer in business and they will be unable to ship my horses. Although KGHorses was very nice on the phone, I did not receive notice until I called them for payment and now I am in a serious jam! I will need my booking deposit refund asap.--Thank you

AWFUL...Company was paid in full but I never recieved my shipment.........This company is a scam. My money was returned to my by VISA thank goodness. They can go after KGHorses......website is also shutdown..

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
After several attempts to contact this shipper he finally told me his company is bankrupt. His employees all quit, his trucks were repossessed and he is unable to pick up my horses.
I had already paid him in full through PayPal and he claims he has no money left to refund me.

Bad experience...i lost alot of sleep over this one. I thought i would never see my bike...but thank God i found another service provider that managed to pick it up at wherever KGhorses decided to store it. I hope they man up and refund my money that i prepaid in full...but no luck yet. I hope everyone who went through this nightmare, recovers whatever they lost.

Response from KGHorses: Letters of refund and explanation going out this week, sorry to those who were affected. We strived to provide the best horseman care in the business and believe we met that goal to the many we serviced prior to having to close this business.
