I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
As others have shown, shipper stopped answering calls or returning messages. I have already started attempting to retrieve my money, just glad I didn't pay everything upfront. What a fiasco.

Response from KGHorses: We were shipping just fine with a 100% positive feedback ratio AND STILL WOULD BE SHIPPING JUST FINE if uship had not suspended us 30 days for talking to a customer in email regarding uship deposit which gets us red flagged for even mentioning USHIP DEPOSIT in emails... check their terms of service... it really is not allowed. and after 3 times we got suspended. No company can continue to run when funds are dried up for 30 days!!! it costs us $2000 a day to operate.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
KG Horses told me they were going out of business and would not be able to haul my horse or refund my money. Unable to get ahold of Gary or KC via phone now and they won't return emails, website is also down. Voice mailboxes are full. I paid in full to receive a discount. Dishonest, unfair and unethical people. I am determined to get my money from them to get my horse here.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
KG Horses sent me an email dated 22 July 08 saying they are going out of business because USHIP is witholding funds due them because their account was suspended for mentioning USHIP deposits to a customer. Therefore, they are cancelling the pickup due to no money. At the time of the booking, they did not allude to the fact that they were in financial distress. They say they are working to resolve this issue and refund my money.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I accepted their bid on 6/18/08, and after numerous delays and excuses i was promised they would pick up my horse on 7/17/08... they never showed up and when i finally got a hold of them i was told they were out of business, their trucks/trailers had been repo'd and they wouldn't ship my horse. when i asked for a refund i was told i he had no idea if i would get my money... still waiting for over 900 bucks to be refunded let alone all the extra board i had to pay for all the delays!!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I called Gary Couch at least 6 times over the past week and no response to my messages. He finally responded to my email, but now I am in a bind. I need to find someone else to transport my horses and I don't have the money to pay for it since Gary still has my money. He says he accepts full responsibility and will pay back any money owed.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Shipper went out of business. I last spoke with them 2 weeks ago and everything was set; only to find out today that they have gone out of business. My pickup was supposed to be in 3 days!! Thank goodness I regualarly check their feedback otherwise I'd be waiting for something that would never occur. I now have to contact my cc company to receive a booking deposit refund. UShip should definately notify customers in situations such as this.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
They accepted my book it now price then keep putting me off untill 2 days before the pick up then told me they couldn't do it, which cost me additional money and time and instead of the horses being in Ky already they are still in Ok. waiting to be shipped. the sippers are very irresponasble and unprofessional I would not reccomend them with the shipment of your animals.
