5/28/2008	Service Provider	Neutral Communication: Care Of Goods: Punctuality: Services As Described:	jeffkaye (1)	took 41 days to receive shipment - lots of drama and delay; blame placed on other customers delivery issues/problems that hung up my delivery View Listing Response from Jrecords50: Jeff Kaye has failed to mention that his shipment was 90 cases of wine that had to be stored in a climate control warehouse until his shipment was ready to go. Jeff agreed by contract and knew the time frame of his delivery. 41 days it took (as Jeff also knew) Iron Horse Expeditors did not own a reefer truck (refrigerated) and therefore we had to specially accommondate this shipment which was delivered fine. We took longer to specially take care of Jeff's 40,000.00 dollar wine shipment.
