Response from Jrecords50: CUSTOMER SEEMED A LITTLE WEIRD. AFTER BOOKING MARIA'S SHIPMENT A CALLED WAS PLACED TO HER TO CONFIRM PICK UP DATES. MARIA ANSWERED " MY MOVE IS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF BY SOMEONE FROM USHIP". WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO MARIA THAT WE WERE THE ONES WHO WON THE BID. SHE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE. FOR THIS REASON IRON HORSE EXPEDITORS AGREE TO CANCEL. MARIA IF YOU CAN REMEMBER WHO WE ARE IN THE FUTURE JUST REQUEST A BID.

The item was delivered in the same condition that it left the original location and was brought into my home, which was wonderful. However, there seemed to be a disconnect on communication as to what time the shipment was to be picked up and delivered. However, I am overall satisfied with the delivery and would use this service again if ever needed.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Shipper has failed to contact me after several email attempts to the shipper and U-ship (I have not other contact information). Even though I am flexible on my timeframe. I would still like to know what is going on. If shipper is still interested in shipping my item, they should contact me.

Calling makes a big difference and if you would have done so your items would have been in Wi already. We will have another truck in Fl at the end of the month if your interested. Just request a rebid and your items will be taken care of once you call
