We shipped your items ourselves and did not subcontract your move with any other company. Please forward your complaint to U-Ship about this other company.

Shipment was subcontracted to another company or individuals without notice. The next company tried to charge $400 extra for crating. The item was never crated. I inspected it on the truck. It was wrapped in piano blankets and shrink wrapped. Subcontractors did not pick up on the day that the original company said it would pick up. Subcontractor did not call the delivery point. They called me at 5PM and said that they would be there by 6PM. The person at the delivery point was there until 7PM. T

We try our best to be friendly, courteous, and fair, but some people take pride in destroying our business with negative feedback that is not true or warranted just because of their mistakes. This customer is a international shipper that attempted to run his shipment from Canada to Miami. His receiving end did not cooperate with delivery schedule and will pay for re-delivery charges.
