A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper is having problems located trucks for pickup. Items needed to be picked up on weekend of March 10 - 11,2012. Need to move items to avoid storage fees.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services JOSAKY was suppose to pick this truck up on Thursday Jan. 26th. Never happened! After over a week of waiting they called and said they finally had someone there to pick it up but it weighed 5,000lbs more than they thought (Really 5,000lbs MORE?? are these guys idiots?) so they were going to have to charge me more money, I told them to let me know what happens and they have never called me back! Had it shipped by someone else! Total waste of space on USHIP they have terrible communications, never Response from Josaky: Firstly, we sent a truck in to get this shipment. There was no mention that it was a four-door crew cab. Measurements are vital with car haulers as often times they are secured within inches of one another and carried at tilting angles on nine car carriers. It was also listed as a running unit when in fact it is salvage. In regards to the cancellation itself: There are times when units canbe located in areas where traffic is light and this was the case. As to our being idiots? No comment. Thanks

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Josaky has a duplicate profile and has not responded to my inquiries. Possible fraud. I have booked another listing and shipment for the same vehicle with montwayautotransport and I need a 100% refund because I have booked another shipment in lieu of the lack of communication and possible fraud with Josaky.
Josaky also claimed they were new to uShip but I found over 25 feedback left on their other profile! Response from Josaky: I, Samantha Herndon claimed to be new to UShip, and I most certainly am. The two companies you refer to are two different companies. There is certainly no 'fraud' involved. What kind of 'fraud' would you be referring to? Did either of the companies try to cheat you out of something? The other company, just so you know, is separate, the account 'mistercargo' is a man who worked for them. I have opened my own account.Hope this clears it up. God Bless.
