Machine wouldn't run, and Rich's winch was broke. Rich bought another winch to get this loaded for Joe. I wish all of our drivers were as caring as this one is. Thanks for leaving this positive for Rich! It is not often enough that the drivers are recognized for what they do!! Thanks for the business Joe and if you need anything else shipped, let us know. I think Rich was extremely professional and was very careing.He did the upmost for me in this trucking experience.He even went out of his own way to buy another winch that he needed to get the job done.I would not hesitate to have him again in the future for my loads.Thanks Rich Joe
