I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider stated will pick up shipment within 3 days of Booking. He did not contact me at all but I called his phone number provided and left a message with no return call. I tried calling again after a few days and finally talked to David who said I will call you in a day or two to schedule pick up. That was last week, still have not heard from him but based on the lack of interest or professionalism I do not feel comfortable for him to handle my delicate shipment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Since this service provider has no history on Uship I contacted him and asked when he planned on picking the piece up and how long has he been shipping and to give me a little history of his company?
I also am not comfortable with this service provider knowing the nature of this shipment that needs to be handled by experienced shippers in antique or specialized furniture.
We mutually agree on canceling the shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider after seeing piece to be shipped realized it was to tight of fit and we mutually agreed that it could not be shipped as agreed. Please credit me my deposit.
