He gave me his GPS tracking number so I could see where he was through the whole trip, and called me several times to keep me updated on his arrival time. He took excellent care of my dog and my packages were delivered with no damages. I would highly recommend this carrier and would definitely use his services again in the future!!

Although I know Malu was happy to see me in PA, I think he was sad to see Brett and his son leave. I would defintely use Brett's services in the future.
