The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment This trailer needs a 250/2500 truck or higher to pull it. Carrier came with a late model 1500 series, which we felt would be inadequate for the size and weight of this trailer. No DOT numbers were posted on the truck sides, which could result in truck & trailer being placed out of service by DOT, a risk we could not take. Very nice gentleman however, who was timely & great communicator, and we would recommend him for most other jobs.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The transporter hooked up my boat with a 4 flat electrical after I advised him that if was a 5 flat. Due to this he dragged the trailer several miles with the trailer brakes engaged. After I smelled the brakes burning I asked him how his 2000 Tahoe felt pulling the boat.His response was " seem like it was dragging". I asked him for a shipping contract and proof of insurance and he balked, unhooked the boat and stated he would not tow this boat to NY. This was my first experience with uship and i

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved when jeff sent me a bid under his terms and conditions it read pick up tomorrow that is the only reason i accepted his bid because i needed them shipped rightaway after talking to him he said it would be next week before he could pick up.no prob with him just need it done sooner.

On time and friendly. They kept in contact with through out the delivery from pick up to about an hour before delivery. I would hire them again!

IT WAS A TRAILER THAT WAS NOT THE ONE IN PICTURE AND WAS OF WEIGHT OF MORE THAN 3500 POUNDS EMPTY. I HAULED SEVERAL THAT SIZE BUT THIS ONE WAS FULL AND I DO HAVE DOT NUMBERS ON MY TRUCK THEY NEVER WALKED OUT THERE AND IT WAS MY DECISION NOT TO HAUL IT WOULD USE MORE IN GAS PULLING A TRAILER THAT WEIGHED MORE LIKE 5000 POUNDS AND THEY NEVER EVEN APPOLOGIZED FOR THERE MISREPUTATION THAT I DROVE 400 MILES TO PICK UP. AND THEY SHOULD BE SUSPENDED FROM SIGHT. Response from kerplonk: Mr. Moore confirmed he had a 250/2500 or better truck to pull with, as well as DOT stickers upon booking. My employees stated he came in with a '96 Pickup in rough shape with no visible DOT numbers, and it was definitely not a 250/2500 or better. They didn't think it was even at the 150/1500 level, and they didn't believe he had the engine/brakes/suspension to safely pull the trailer. Had Mr. Moore dealt civilly with us over the phone, we would have gladly contributed to his expenses.

I never met a more sob in my life I hooked up left to blow up tires and was called back because the boat marina could not find keys and after a hour they found them and he yeld at them the whole time. then he had me follow him all the way across town to have me grease wheel bearings, change battery, and key switch because keys he didstart motor. I WAS THERE OVER TWO HOURS WHILE HE DONE NOTHING BUT CRITICIZE ME AND MY TRUCK. HE IS A LIAR, WATCH OUT
