I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
This was 13 pallets that could not be stacked. The bid was put in place so that these could be stacked. Nothing was ever said until the truck was scheduled to pick up the next morning that these were unstackable. Instead of sending in a truck costing the customer a truck order not used, we cancelled.
