No Detailed Feedback Available Jeff picked up a perfectly good chest and managed to destroy it on his truck. I have a copy of the document he completed with the seller which indicated no damage. He then tried to tell me it was in that condition even though I had pictures. Cost me $350 to repair and he says he has insurance? Not unless you surrender piece to him. Do yourself a favor and pass him by. His truck was a mess when he delivered. Item wasn't even blanket wrapped. Talks bid but doesn't deliver - literally!

First of all this document she has a copy of clearley states that this piece is in rough used condition. second, this was a sham from the begining. It wasnt untill weeks after the shipment was dont when she called to collect money from us. when she showed me the pictures there was only the damage already existing on the item. I do not do buisness like this so please read all of my other feedback before making a decision on using my services. We are very professional and good at what we do.

Jeff was great through the entire process. We had a family emergency, so we missed our initial pickup date. He was very flexible and just made it a point to let us know when he would be through the next time (a few weeks later - completely within our time frame.) When he picked up the piece, he noticed part of it could be fragile, so he removed it and wrapped it separately. Then he took the extra time to show us how to easily put it back together when he delivered it.

Jeff did a nice job. He picked up in North Carolina and made delivery to us in Massachusetts. The pick up and delivery were both on time and he kept in contact with us during the process. This was my first experience using USHIP and I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff again.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Have not been able to get this service provider to return multiple calls or email messages for weeks- promises 10 day pickup and then nothing. It has been over two months and he has not picked up or delivered. He told me he attempted one pickup but the business location was closed- but he knew it was a business from booking and he needed to contact ahead of time- very disappointed that he has not even been willing to return calls!

The driver was unable to get a a hold of the seller or myself. We re-scheduled for an open-ended later date. The seller nor I am in a hurry to move the goods. The contract we agreed on was for the furniture to be picked up within 16 days of booking. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper did not notify that he planned to pick up over weekend-which is not allowed in NYC cooperative apts. So, when shipper tried to reach us on Sat and SUnday, saying he had to pick the items up that day or the next eary in the am, we did not get the calls, and he left the area. I need to cancel so I can get somebody else to bring the items before June 30, 2009. Thanks.

I have been unable to contact him and he has far exceeded the pick up and delivery time schedule he provided. He has been non-responsive and non-communicative.
