Jeff promised to return money for a shipment we booked but did not complete, but after numerous unreturned calls and emails, we have yet to receive that money months later. Would not recommend.

After a little confusions, partly caused by me, Jeff came through and delivered. Surfboards are a pain to ship, and Martha's Vineyard is a pain to ship to. I would use him again.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Have not been able to get this service provider to return multiple calls or email messages for weeks- promises 10 day pickup and then nothing. It has been over two months and he has not picked up or delivered. He told me he attempted one pickup but the business location was closed- but he knew it was a business from booking and he needed to contact ahead of time- very disappointed that he has not even been willing to return calls!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period There was miscommunication at the initial pickup. The driver was unable to get a a hold of the seller or myself. We re-scheduled for an open-ended later date. The seller nor I am in a hurry to move the goods. We scheduled in May and the seller needs the good moved by the end of August. I was told an estimated pickup period would be the middle of July. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have been in contact with the shipper several times over the last two months (via email), but he only responds (via email) with, "I'm trying to fit you in." The contract we agreed on was for the furniture to be picked up within 16 days of booking. I was willing to be flexible on the date, but it has been two months and I don't even have an estimated pick-up date.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper did not notify that he planned to pick up over weekend-which is not allowed in NYC cooperative apts. So, when shipper tried to reach us on Sat and SUnday, saying he had to pick the items up that day or the next eary in the am, we did not get the calls, and he left the area. I need to cancel so I can get somebody else to bring the items before June 30, 2009. Thanks.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider has not answered my phone messages/calls nor has he responded to my email messages. I have been unable to contact him and he has far exceeded the pick up and delivery time schedule he provided. He has been non-responsive and non-communicative. Interestingly, before it was awarded he was very quick in his responses to my questions.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment this person planned to pick up my item on May 23, then wanted to reschedule one day before this leaving me no time to make other arrangements. Then, he said he would be able to pick up the item on June 6. However, he has now cancelled two days before pickup, leaving me no time to find a replacement. Not very professional.
