I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Have not been able to get this service provider to return multiple calls or email messages for weeks- promises 10 day pickup and then nothing. It has been over two months and he has not picked up or delivered. He told me he attempted one pickup but the business location was closed- but he knew it was a business from booking and he needed to contact ahead of time- very disappointed that he has not even been willing to return calls!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period There was miscommunication at the initial pickup. The driver was unable to get a a hold of the seller or myself. We re-scheduled for an open-ended later date. The seller nor I am in a hurry to move the goods. We scheduled in May and the seller needs the good moved by the end of August. I was told an estimated pickup period would be the middle of July. I have been attempting to contact the driver through email several times, but have received no responses in the last month. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I have been in contact with the shipper several times over the last two months (via email), but he only responds (via email) with, "I'm trying to fit you in." The contract we agreed on was for the furniture to be picked up within 16 days of booking. I was willing to be flexible on the date, but it has been two months and I don't even have an estimated pick-up date.

Jeff promised to return money for a shipment we booked but did not complete, but after numerous unreturned calls and emails, we have yet to receive that money months later. Would not recommend.

we did the shipment and i have the signed papers to prove it. this was setup third party and caused lots of confusion

After a little confusions, partly caused by me, Jeff came through and delivered. Surfboards are a pain to ship, and Martha's Vineyard is a pain to ship to. I would use him again.
