I no longer need my item(s) shipped Everything went smoothly and was ready to go. JasonDTS answered questions very timely and was easy to get a hold of. Unfortunately my company realize the item that needed to be shipped, was the wrong one, and therefore had to cancel the order and shipment. If we find the correct item, we will definitly go to DTS for our shipment needs.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider was not able to complete as stated, my business has suffered because of their lies. I don't ever want to business with these guys again Response from JasonDTS: I was emailed on a Sunday and told the shipment date was changed from Fri 4/18 to Tue 4/15. I told Glenn on Monday 4/14 that I would do my best to accomodate pickup on Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning 8:30AM PST to tell him that I could get it. He told me "never mind" and called me an a**hole. I am not worried about my first negative comment in 68 shipments. I came through, but the customer panicked when I was honest and told him there was a POSSIBILITY that I could not pick up on Tuesday.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the service provider did nothing wrong, we simply lost the load Response from JasonDTS: This shipper was extremely rude and cancelled after I made arrangements to move a $1750 shipment. Never emailed or contacted me, and was extremely shady and rude when I called him on the telephone. I really hoped to do business with this person, but I do not want to have any other contact at this point. Good luck with future shipments.
