I paid the deposit on 5/1/08 and constantly had to ask the shipper when it was going to be picked up. They picked it up on 6/13/08 and delivered it on 6/19/08. The truck driver didn't even have a pallet jack to move it. A chain and skidsteer were used to pull it onto the lift gate then used to pick it up from the lift gate to the ground.

Rick was extremely fast and had excellent service. I am a TSP and have very high standards, but he picked up and delivered almost 800 miles away the same day. Picked up at 7AM and offered to deliver at 10PM same doy or 7AM next day. I was excited to get my car so i got it at night. Great to deal with, I will gladly refer to my customers I cannot move cars for.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped Everything went smoothly and was ready to go. JasonDTS answered questions very timely and was easy to get a hold of. Unfortunately my company realize the item that needed to be shipped, was the wrong one, and therefore had to cancel the order and shipment. If we find the correct item, we will definitly go to DTS for our shipment needs.

I was emailed on a Sunday and told the shipment date was changed from Fri 4/18 to Tue 4/15. I told Glenn on Monday 4/14 that I would do my best to accomodate pickup on Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning 8:30AM PST to tell him that I could get it. He told me "never mind" and called me an a**hole. I am not worried about my first negative comment in 68 shipments. I came through, but the customer panicked when I was honest and told him there was a POSSIBILITY that I could not pick up on Tuesday.

This shipper was extremely rude and cancelled after I made arrangements to move a $1750 shipment. Never emailed or contacted me, and was extremely shady and rude when I called him on the telephone. I really hoped to do business with this person, but I do not want to have any other contact at this point. Good luck with future shipments.
