Hello we are a small company that mainly does inwater deliveries of boats but can do other things as needed. We do require a deposit for the simple fact that alot of times we have to go out of the way to pick up your shipment and if it is not ready then we have to stay on schedual for our other shipments and we will keep your deposit if we set up a time that you agree on and when we gat there you are not ready as in the case in some of the feedback below all you have to do is set up a correct time because our other customers cant wait if you are not ready, I am sorry that it has to be this way but I can not afford to go out of my way and not pick up what we are there to pick up like I said we are a small company just trying to make it. But if you read the feedback of the customers that did everything they said they were going to do you will see that we offer excellent service. Thank you looking forward to working with all of you.
