The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I had spoken with Kendall on several different occasions and we agreed upon that he would pick-up the stand on either Sunday (3/30) or today (3/31). He did not show up. I spoke with him today and he is having truck trouble and will not be able to be here until Thursday (4/3). My buyer cannot wait that long so we must find another provider. There was no communication from Kendall. I had to contact him each time for an update.

I am very pleased with the way Troy handled this shipment. He kept me informed about everything that was going on. I would definately use JTD Moves again. I recommend this company to anyone who plans on shipping a motorcycle.

A pleasure to deal with, stayed in touch during transit. Had a minor problem with mechanical problem delayed him, but made sure he kept in touch to update delivery time. I would use his service again.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service provider failed to pick up motorcycle on the agreed schedule time, resulting in the motorcycle not making the cut off time. the scheduling is now delayed as a result of this SP not picking up on time. BID IS CANCELLED

Pros: Driver was personable. Shipment of two vintage wing back chairs delivered in good & acceptable condition. Cons: Delivery was two days later than expected due to equipment mishaps. Communication could have been much better. Thank You :-)

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!! There is so much negative information on this provider I could not list it all. A warrant for his arrest had to be put out. Equipment was stolen.

"Troy" would not call to set up an appointment to pick up or deliver, he just showed up several times after business hours and was miffed that no one was there. He expected help loading the items onto his truck which was explicitly stated as not part of the deal when others bid. Worse yet, he used adhesive tape to hold shut the sleeper sofa and it ripped the finish off the leather. Troy is a compulsive talker and not much of a thinker.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. Response from danieheath: This was a horror show. I had a friend take time off from work (twice!!) to help with the move. The first time he called 1/2 hour after he was supposed to be there to say he wasn't coming. He changed the time to the next day and he called to cancel again! All and all the time and date was changed 3 times and he still couldn't make it. I had read the negative responses but thought I would give this guy a chance. Bad idea.

I only charged him $300 dollars to transport this snowmobile to his kids that I had picked up in Hubertus, Wisconsin to Patchogue, NY. I refused to deliver it again. I told him that he would have to pick it up himself. He wanted me to deliver it to the Police Precinct. This is his way of getting it shipped for free. You can have have your snowmobile once you remove this bogus feedback and pay me.LIAR Response from Harleys: (NICE TRY). Above is JTDmoves retaliatory feedback "STORY" (a day later).I will NOT remove the negative from his profile as it "IS the absolute truth".He NEVER made a delivery attempt.I will be to HAPPY to supply anyone with ALL the information on this guy (N/G). Response from raytoot: We gave this guy another chance because of his Family illness, and he never called or showed up for the second time also. I will reject any bid from him in the future. Did not even call. Made customer wait on 2 different days and never called or showed up.
