john was as easy going of a guy to work for as i've had yet. i wish all the shippers had it together as he did on the pickup and delivery times and dates. uship needs more people such as he. thanks john and good sailing! taskcompleted.

Tim was great at communication and responsive to changes in shipment requirements. When an equipment breakdown prevented him from making the shipment as scheduled he independently found a substitute shipper who did an excellent job and completed the trip on time. That's above-and beyond the call of duty. Thanks to both Tim and Johnny for a job well done.
