we kept in contact with customers as he was not the only one and let everyone know the status of our breakdown and we are back on the road as again i let everyone know, and this guy seems to have something against us having a breakdown but anyhow its in the past and we are moving on.

wow! That was fast, maybe if you were THIS responsive in getting my bike to me we would not be here! Come on Jerry..I am not the only one complaining of no cell phone contact, full voice mails and unable to leave a message and out and out lies about your truck with constant feedback documented "breakdowns." Jerry, stick to building barns brother you are NOT a professional, competent outfit as I am sure after reading the last few feedbacks your transport days DBA Barns n more is OVER! AVOID THEM

This was THE WORST experience I could ever have hoped for. I encountered story after story. The bike was PROMISED 5/22 was told truck broke down then it was fixed...waited all Memorial w/end with no contact, Jerry IGNORED me. I threatened with police and law enforcement and filed a complaint against them via Uship which is totally useless by the way. I needed to fly out to Tx. where his "truck broke down" and ride. Do yourself a favor, avoid these characters like a virus! Uship SUCKS!
