Tn pet transport, one can drive a cargo van or trailer and pack in a large number of dogs and offering cheaper prices, or one can provide better individual attention and comfort. We choose the latter. Our goal is to control costs with semi-private transport, pets in limited numbers, we drive a full-size Chevy Express conversion van with dual air conditioners, and have two people on board-- Pets are NEVER left alone, get constant attention, and frequent breaks! All pets require health papers and/or shot records, no aggressive pets allowed, just clean, family pets. Read our reviews, we price our services fairly, are animal lovers experienced in pet transport, and provide direct contact by cellphone along the way. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lewis is extraordinarily friendly and clearly cares about the pets he is transporting. Our dog Charlie literally gave Lewis a kiss on his cheek when they said goodbye! Lewis was communicative each step if the way. He sent pictures of Charlie each day on their cross-country journey. If you need your pet transported and want to give your pet a humane and compassionate experience I highly recommend using JRBExpress -- amazing customer service!

I HIGHLY recommend JRBExpress. They are professional, courteous, and kept to the promised schedule. Most importantly, my dogs took to them right off the bat and Luis and Liz were attentive to my dogs' needs throughout the process. Luis and Liz are just all around beautiful people. It can be stressful parting with beloved pets, not to mention sending your pets cross-country with strangers. It helps knowing that their transporters do what they do because their heart is in it.

Service was excellent was first time using u ship first time shopping livestock and really didn't know how to get my pet to Texas every thing else was very expensive and complicated but jrbexpress made it simple and easy would recommend them for anyone shipping livestock very reliable and on time.

I can't be more grateful to Luis and Liz!!! I needed my big baby Alpha (rhodesian ridgeback) to make it across country to my brother's house and had no idea how to make that happen. Luis and Liz were great, sending texts and pictures along the way and got Alpha to his new home in only 2.5 days!! Very professional and I would definitely work with them again. So, so happy that I found them!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I noted in the description that I wanted someone who could take my dog without a carrier and bring her igloo dog house. Luis and myself discussed the pick up term on the phone two weeks prior and I made him aware the igloo was a large igloo dog house with her pillow and blankets inside as well as her personal items. Luis said he has careers he provides for free that it would be acceptable. Luis claimed he didn't know what an Igloo dog house was when he arrived.
