The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
After having first accepted JON123 as my service provider, i had expected to ship my belongings on the posted date, i explained that it would be postponed, but now i cannot get a hold of the shipper through the contact number provided. i understand that there are other means of communication through the website, but lack of response worries me, i plan to look for a shipper tho replied promptly and is easily contacted through phone. i been able to speak with jon123 for about one full month.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly - did not feel comfortable moving forward.
I had an appointment with this man at 8:30. I told him numerous times that I was going to have to have someone unlock a warehouse as it was not mine. He needed to be there at 8:30. He emailed my home around 9 and said he was running late and that he could be there by 12. I had given him my cell phone at least a couple of times and he did not bother to call me. Because of all this I did not deem him fit to transport a $2500 piece of furniture for me.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
this jon123 should be removed from the program the phone on his service provider is not his i left him all my contact information did not call, this person is not trustworthy with my shipment
