The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Very nice people however we agreed p/u on Monday 25th and it is Tuesday 26 @ 4:30pm not a call to let me know they were not able to p/u.

Truck arrived in good condition, and the driver "Moses" was very nice. There were a few scheduling issues and the truck arrived one day late. This is probably the nature of the business as they are brokers, not the actual drivers/shippers. Very courteous people, though communication was a little sporadic. If you are a little flexible with dates, I would recommend them.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
BEWARE OF THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY! We tried to ship 3 vehicles with these people. They promised to pick up within our date range we requested. We found out a day later that these had not been picked up. They kept making promises to pick them up and never did. This caused us $500 in lot storage fees!!!!!

This shipper is an embarrassment to Uship and Ebay. They are a broker posing as a shipper and should make customers aware. Their communication is irregular and non responsive. Also the promised a Saturday morning deliver and didnt arrive until Monday night. Also this BROKER did not pay the driver and had to refund 300 dollars to me in order for the driver to release my vehicle. I would not recommend this shipping BROKER to anyone. PLEASE BAN THEM FROM USHIP!!!!
