I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have made several attempts to reach the service provider, I spoke to them oncd a week
after the bid was accepted and they said they'd
pass the msg. along to the driver but no one
called? I gave them the persons name to contact about pick-up and they spoke to "someone" who told them a "driver" would call them - no one has called in a week? I need to re-list the car for transport since I can't get any response from the orginal carrier. I have called numerous times and left msg's, sometime

he told me that he will bring my vehicle like a month and a half ago never pick it up said that if he couldn't brignt down here by last week i will cancell. All last week i was calling him and leaving him message didn't answer i want my refound

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have over the past 2 week have been trying to get a my shipment picked up and have tryed calling to set up a shipment and have had no response. My client is getting on me to get the shipment here as soon as possible.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I have made repeated attempts to cancel this order and get my deposit back! The carrier is incapable of honoring the contract. I would like my money back. If this issue is not resolved positively by noon on April 16th I will contact my bank and have them reimburse me for the $85.20 deposit I payed you guys.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
First off, they were almost impossible to reach by phone or email. I did finally get someone, who told me that they had misread my listing and didn't realize my car needed to go to Alaska. He said they were working on that and they would let me know shortly. After several more attempts to reach them, and only after saying I would do what I had to to get my deposit back, I received a call saying they would let me know by April 9 whether they could transport my car.
