Jennifer was better in person than she was in her communications, and she was fabulous in the communication department; articulate, thoughtful, thorough, cooperative, flexible and friendly. I don't think it gets any better than this. She accomplished all her responsibilities extremely well, while moving across country with three very young children. If you get a chance to work for her, jump on it, but hopefully she'll use me for anything she needs in the future. Fifteen on a scale of ten.

Lauren was the absolute best to work with. There were issues with driving the vehicle out of CA, and if it hadn't been for Lauren's tenacity, and positive spirit, it wouldn't have happened. She's friendly, very intelligent, professional, and articulate; you won't find a better person to work with. If you get the chance, go for it; you won't be disappointed. Bob was articulate, friendly, generous and professional; simply a joy to do business with. The motorhome had a couple of issues, and he was instrumental in resolving them. His highest priorities were safety (mine foremost), and the well-being of his coach and cargo. He was always available by cell, and provided transportation at both ends of the trip, to make things as convenient as possible. If you get a chance to work for him, jump at it; you won't be disappointed. Thanks for everything, Bob.

Curt was exceptionally easy to do business with and very helpful. The motorhome had a couple of issues, and he was always available to discuss them, and trusted me to do whatever I deemed necessary. I felt as though I was being treated as a trusted employee and not as a stranger. Last but not least, he was very patient as I took an inordinate amount of time to pack up my stuff, so he could give me a ride to the bus station. Jump at the chance to work for him; you won't regret it. Thanks, Curt.

Too bad uShip doesn't provide an OUTSTANDING category because Ron certainly deserves the accolade. Buying a vehicle and having someone else deliver it to you, can be a somewhat unnerving experience under any conditions. Buying an expensive motorhome, and having it brought from the States through Canada, in December, by someone you don't know, requires strength, faith, and confidence. Ron fit the bill, was on top of his responsibilities, and in addition, was exceptionally nice and generous.

Eric was terrific to work with. He was communicative, decisive, articulate, and friendly. His arrangements on both pick up and delivery made my job enjoyable and easy. Tony was excellent to work with. He was friendly, responsive, professional, and he took care of every detail in a deal that was put together at literally, the last minute. He struggled through some personal issues he was having in order to make sure he compensated me in cash, and capped everything off by giving me a ride to the airport. Very nice man.
