There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We listed the shipment with specifics and answered emails asked by the service provider about what was needed. This service provider placed a bid and then raised the price. He said he had the flu when we asked why he didn't respond to our calls and emails. He also said he was trying to talk to the office and they wanted more money to ship our material. The specifics were clearly outlined in our bid request but he still wants to renegotiate the conditions and price. According to his bid, he
