JC Moving & Delivery is a family owned and operated company. We have been in business since January 2000. Since that time we have tried to set an industry standard for pricing and customer satisfaction. We usually can deliver in half the time and for half the price. We specialize in all aspects of moving household goods and car hauling. We have 3 enclosed car hauling trailers and a 17ft cube truck. We offer a Quick, efficient, personable service. We are licensed and insured. Our insurance is always provided at no extra cost unless you would like to purchase more. We do both local and long distance moves! Also member of the Better Business Bureau were we have an A+ rating and the Michigan Movers Association. Our policy is to always make sure the customer is completely satisfied. We Always resolve any issues in a timely manner and have never had an insurance claim. We accept all forms of payment. The movers were personable and polite; however, they were very sloppy and careless when loading, and especially when unloading my items at the storage. One antique table had a cracked leg, and I advised them to be very careful with it. Upon delivery, it had TWO COMPLETELY BROKEN LEGS. They also broke a reinforcement bar in one of the glass cabinets. The boxes and furniture were unloaded in a jumble, and I don't know yet the full extent of the damage done to my stuff.

WOW!!! I cannot say enough good stuff about this company. It took us several months to find the perfect provider and I could not be more pleased with these guys. We even messed up on the pickup location and they had to go several miles out of their original way and it didnt even phase them 1 bit they went with the flow and got our truck home safely. You do not need to look any further to have your stuff taken care of because these guys know the business inside and out!!!!

They sent 2 young men who had no real experience with moving. A job that took 3 hours 4 years ago took almost 10 hours! They carried 2 boxes at a time instead of using a dolly, took 2 chips out of my $1,800 etertainment center, I bought them lunch plus they drank over a case of bottled water. I was told that the extra boxes were no problem, they would just charge more per hour and they could load them fast. Travel time added after I was told that was the full price.Owner never returned call.

The men we sent were experienced and there were several instances that caused this move to take longer. These things were out of our control. Since this feedback was left we have negotiated and took all necessary steps to make this right. The customer is happy and sometimes things are out of the movers control.

The customer was told more hours would be added for additional 100+ boxes that were not on her list. Also the elevator was not reserved there were 2 other companies we had to share the elevator with which was out of our control. Movers have 5 years experience and customer was left a message for repairs to entertainment center. They must have done something right because they both received tips and lunch. Response from gr8ful2move: Liunch was bought before I knew it would take 10 hours. Was never called back about repairs.........no more......just beware.
