Communication from
their Home Base was good and provided even when the truck needed
to be fixed. Drivers were friendly and worked to fit the
shipment on the truck carefully. Chairs were delivered
successfully.

Picked up furnitures in good condition, not pack will, luck of blankets, they broke all my funitures, never delivered..Try to call them many times wont return your call, wont reply emails. Dont trust this shipping company they will rip you off!!

Response from JAKEEF16: THE FURNITURE WAS BAD QUALITY CALL THOMPSON FURNITURE RESTORER, HE SAID THAT NOT ONLY WAS IT BUT TOGETHER WITH THE WRONG KIND OF GLUE BUT WAS VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP. SHIPMENT WAS COMPLETELY BLANKET WRAPPED WE DIDNT DO ANY OF THE DAMAGE AND THEY CAN VERIFY THAT. AS A MATTER OF FACT YOU NEVER REPLY TO THE BUYER OF THIS ITEM. THEY HAVE CONTACTED ME AND WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING YOU SUED FOR FRAGULENT SELLING PRACTICES. YOU DONT EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. I HAVE CAUSE I HAVE NOTHI

Although my cabinet was delivered in acceptable condition there were two missed delivery dates with no communication. It is very frustrating to leave multiple messages with no returned phone calls or emails for days. The actual delivery was 53 days after I accepted the offer. I understand that problems (multiple broken trucks) can alter a schedule but if you are in the business of delivering personal items, good communication is necessary for satisfied customers.

PLEASE CHECK OUR 100 PERCENT FEEDBACKS PRIOR TO THESE MECHANICAL PROBLEMS TO SHOW HOW GOOD WE ARE AT TAKING CARE OF DELIVERIES, WE HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE MECHANICALS AND ITS JUST SO HAPPEN THAT THEY ALL HAPPENED AT ONCE. AND HE WENT OUT OF TOWN WITHOUT TELLING US, THE SHIPPER WANTED IT DELIVERED RIGHT AWAY SO IT WAS COMPLETELY COVERED IN PLASTIC SO NOT TO GET DAMAGED.
