The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
After carefully selecting a 'shipper' and continuous communication… the ‘shipper’ was unable to provide ANY service. However… I should have known that this would be a common problem in dealing with ‘brokerage’ firms like Ivy Logistics.
We were careful to cover all bases and got only promising information from Ivy Logistics. And even on the morning of our shipment... we contacted Ivy Logistics. We were even told that the trucks were at the plant ready to be loaded. Then an hour or so later… we

Product received on time. Price they offered was competitive. This is constructive suggestion - Train your employees - If they take message, to give to right people. And you should contact customer in reasonable time. Customer should not call you for 4 days and no response from you. Besides that you have some very good employees who had to cover others mistakes.
