We worked it out and changed from ground to freight- the freight was wrapped and prepared well so it got out and shipped with ease. Oh, my God! The service rendered during this shipment was nothing short of SUPERB... I have to admit, initially, I was a bit skeptical about the entire ordeal for three reasons: It was the internet, no face to face contact, and the ratings on the shipper was not 100%. I quickly got over each of those as I begin to communicate with the owner. He is the greatest! He was always available, professional, and extremely determined to under promise, but OVER DELIVER in service and results.
