Interstate Auto was very professional in everything they did for this shipment. I was not present at either pick up or drop off due to being overseas and Joe and his team kept me informed via the internet and really went the extra mile to make me happy. They came on time, delivered on time and are quite the bargain for the level of service they provide. I would use them again and tell all my friends to use them. It is nice to know in this day and age there are still people like them.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
A small scheduling problem came up that could not be resolved however Jon tried to take care of this in many ways. Great communications leading up to this I would gladly try and give my business again to "InterstateAuto"

I was so lucky to find Joe and Melissa! The communication was more than expected. My new motorcycle was delivered on time and in great condition! I never expected to have service this good. Also very nice equipment. Any moving in the future will be done by Melissa and Joe. THANKS AGAIN!
