After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
We scheduled pick up for Thurs. On Weds after hours we received a call for information. We asked if we could please call them right back since it was pouring down rain. The customer started yelling at our dispatcher. The dispatcher was trying to do the right thing by answering the phone but advising that due to weather they would get a call back. Once the dispatcher hung up with the customer they called over and over distracting the dispatcher from trying to drive. This was uncalled for on

Response from Iguara: Scheduled PREVIOUS THURS OCT 18th! Knowing this was TIME SENSITIVE, their actions were of indifferece! Left mes's/rec’d email SUN 21st, that they were out of town and RESCHEDULED, TUES 23rd. Again left mess's, until WED 24th. I was upset at this point, more so when told to leave ANOTHER MESSAGE because of RAIN! I raised my voice saying, I didn’t WANT TO LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE and they hung up me! Called back on alt#, didn‘t know ALL #‘s reached same person! "Uncalled for"is what THEY did!
