A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The Service Provider, Jack Shute, agreed upon a bid for a time frame of March 1 through March 8th and after several postponements on his part, he just sent me a cancellation initation notice. He clearly miscalculated and misrepresented himself and his company, Indian Transport. Once I received the cancellation notice, I asked Jack if we could find some resolution and he said, "No, I am done. I have no idea when I can get it to you." I asked why he agreed to a March 1 - 8 time frame? No idea.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a problem with weather. So the shipment schedule was not going to work as I was leaving the area. Other than that, I completely loved the communication and would use this shipper again if I had the chance. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved 1-asked many times SP's ETA, no answer.
2-informed SP I'd be out on vacation for 1 week/not available.
3-SP's profile says, always call 2 days before pick up.
4-I always make final payment on item on day of pickup.
5-SP arrived at pickup without notice, could not pay item, I was on vacation.
6-Gave Uship deposit and additionnal 400$ to SP upon his request which he wont refund.
7-SP wants to cancel bid and fix it outside Uship.(have email to prove it).
8-SP wants to charge 450$ xtra than b Response from INDIAN: what a lier beware of this guy,i even waited at the dealer for 3hrs.n he couldn't pay for the boat he thinks people drive 600 miles for nothing.
