For: 1999 Toyota Avalon

I ended up with $80 in storage fees. I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get them to lift a finger for me. They responded to one out of the five emails I sent. He even faked being his own manager on the phone. The job did get done....9 days after I began the process of arranging it.

The above statement is FALSE. We began speaking with this customer on 1/29, faxed him all of his confirmation paperwork which HAS to be signed & returned before your order is in our system, Mr. Laney did not return his paperwork for 4 days while most customers fax/email it back the same day. In those 4 days we tried to contact Mr. Laney by phone/email. No response, the timing issue is not our fault.
