Our cat was picked up in Colorado on 12/10 but never delivered to us in California. We knew Jonathan was heading into some bad weather around then and we are truly afraid that something awful has happened to him. He was wonderful up until that point and now we are catless. We still have hope and continue to wait for some closure.

Huggy Bear Transportation did not follow through on their end of our contract. In fact, we ended up picking up our puppy on our own. After contacting and speaking to John several times, we agreed that he would pick up and deliver our puppy sometime during the weekend of 12/14-16 2007. I last spoke to him on the Wed. before the weekend (12/12), and never heard back from him after leaving him at least 5 voicemail messages. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tried to call Mr Roth on his cell phone and the vm is full. His outgoing message reflects prior to Christmas. I tried to send him an email and I received a failure message [email address removed]. there is also other cancellations and negative feedback on his acct. I am 1 week away from needing the services performed and need to find other means of getting my pets to Nevada.

I have been trying to contact Jon for over a week and his phone goes straight to voicemail and he has not returned any of my calls. I have also emailed him and recieved no response. He was supposed to transport my dog this week and has not contacted me to let me know that he would be unable to do this.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
My experience with HuggyBear Transport has been a disaster.
After talking initially to Jonathan by phone and confirming initial arrangements, he has since completly ignored me.
I started calling him back 3 WEEKS before the shipment was scheduled. Dozens of emails and phone calls. Jonathan choose to ignore them all.
Because he couldn't even have the common decency to let me know he decided to no longer honor his commitment, it is now too late to hire anyone else or rent a van. I'm comple

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Needed to get my partially blind dog from CA to NM for the holidays & didn't want to ship her as cargo thru the airlines. Bad weather would prevent the airlines from accepting her due to possible weather delays in connecting cities.
Accepted Jonathan's (Huggy Bear Transport) bid on 11.6.07 & trusted that he'd come thru but am unable to reach him for confirmation. It's now less than 24 hours until I need to check in for my flight on Southwest (which doesn't accept pets).
