A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I stated in my auction that the bike had to be in Apopke, FL before March 18 but when I got the confirmation after the acceptance of the bid it stated that the bike would be picked up March 19. I have a container I have to get the bike into and are more or less out of options now....

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was told the shipment was going to be picked up within a week. I tried to contact the shipper for 3 days - no answer. I did not hired another shipper for my Norton. I replied to the shippers email sent to me this morning asking if they still wanted to ship, they canceled. I have used uship before with success. I am no expert at shipping but my money is good. Vendor communication needs to be better. very poor communication from Hrepower Response from Hrepower: This was a major miscommunication on both parts. I meant delivery within a week after pickup. You look at our bid it said delivery within 7 days after pickup. Obviously you would think communication was bad if you thought it was going to be delivered in a week. We contacted you 2 days after this was booked. Also the last we heard from you was 3 days ago was in a text that you were going to cancel. We have been doing this for a while. We have good feedback because we work hard for it.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the bike turned out not to be ready for pickup due to a part that was on backorder. I have relisted the shipment to find a driver that can pickit up next week.
