The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider will have to pay a $50.00 penalty to BREEJ [for "failure to pick up charges" at the pick up point] by 3 pm today for us to accept the cancellation. Also we would have to have the full $39.99 already charged to our credit card refunded by USHIP. I recommend the shipper be removed from your bidding site as a responsible company would have arranged an alternate trucker to pick up the shipment so as to live up to their agreement. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I do not feel the service provider was truthful in its bid on uShip. After accepting the provider's bid, I paid the deposit promptly; then I paid the remainder via PayPal. I requested either an early morning, midday, or weekend pickup. The provider replied that an early morning or midday pickup would be feasible. It was when the shipment was finally booked for 24Apr2009 that I realized that the service provider was booking my shipment through UPS. Nothing about that is listed in the bid. Sec

Unacceptable business practices from start to finish. Shipment was for 2 pallets in nearby Illinois towns both to deliver at same location in Virginia. 1st pallet picked up days late, 2nd was picked up but erroneously sent to where 1st pallet was picked up. Won't communicate via phone only Yahoo messenger, and doesn't answer emails. If another business run by Mike (Cheers is his email closer) and Jason as their front office folks shows up here, RUN. Truly abysmal. Fraud charges filed.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service Provider had UPS pickup boxes now UPS has my shipment in the their Fraud Prevention unit as Service Provider has not payed his bill to UPS. and I had to pay UPS directly $ 78.00 to get my boxes released and shipped to customer.
