About the Company: Internet based business selling off of our web-site Halloween, Easter & Christmas decorations Inflatables & blow molds, plus other items A few Valentines blow molds Every Spring I run a PreOrder Sale before my truckload of decorations arrive. At that time I allow my customers to order anything the Mfg carries. At this time I have a few customers who order enough to pack & ship on a pallet

I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment THIS IS NO FAULT OF EITHER PARTY- THE PLACE IS SO RURAL- HARD FOR MY VENDOR TO PICK UP- BELOW IS MESSAGE WE BEEN GETTING THAT IS CAUSING DELAY- WILL KEEP TRYING TILL IT CAN BE SHIPED Pickup Date and Time Your shipment will be ready for UPS to pickup at: 8:00 AM Tuesday, 07/28/2009 (in Local Time) The latest time at which UPS can pickup your shipment is: 2:00 PM Tuesday, 07/28/2009 (in Local Time) SERVICE NOTE: This is a rural ZIP Code. Customers in this area are serviced 1 to 4

This service provider has NOT issued a refund after waiting 5 weeks. UPS freight is in my area almost every day according to the driver I talked to at the Auto store around the corner. PayPal froze the Service providers account - too late as he emptied the funds. This is FRAUD!! I will be taking legal action as UShip has been no help at all. I've reported him to BBB & have contacted DOT & other agencies. I was promised PU in 2 days, 3 weeks later I was still waiting with NO promise of a PU day

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service Provider didn't arrange PU as requested. Home for 2 wks & after 1st 3 days never recd any confimation of a pickup date/time. Only info: "will try again tomorrow". I'm not in a rural area, I'm 20 miles South of Boston MA. This is the fault of Service Provider as he failed to coordinate a date/time & inform me of any scheduled pickup Day 1: promised PU 11a-5p. No call or pu-Recd call after 5p-no call back #. Day 3 same 8a-3p. Day 2 they tried to PU after 5pm when I was not home
