A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The boat was schedule to be picked up on Thursday. After communicating with the seller he informs me the boat can not be retrieved until the next day. I am on a schedule and can not wait.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The shipper never called me, I received 1 email and it went to spam mail. I called the shipper twice and left to messages, never got a call back.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved High Hickory is a co-owner operation and no ones friend was allowed to use the account. We had sent the shipper a cancellation notice prior to him sending us one, notifying him that a family member was/is deathly sick and the shipment was not going to happen. I can completely understand his frustration but some times in life other things have priority.
