Shipment was delivered in good condition and moving co on the receiving end was very pleasant to work with. However, moving co on shipping end changed their policies the day before I paid and made things very difficult, causing a delay of almost a month in shipping and costing us extra rent on our storage unit. American Freight was pretty helpful in addressing our concerns but they have yet to reimburse us for the extra storage costs.
