The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I reject the premise that the purchaser could not get a hold of seller or shipper.Theipp purchaser got a hold of both, I being the carrier or shipper got a hold of both purchaser and seller and even attempted pickup but was refused because the item was not paid for, according to the seller. Therefore the only conclusion to be drawn is that the buyer changed their mind and decided not to purchase the item after contracting to purchase and ship the gator.The buyer should held to both contracts
