We primarily move yachts around the southwest. Our reputation is very good in what we do, our equipment is in top shape ranging from a Kenworth tractor to a f350 duelly pickup. We had a very good experience with this shipper. we were in constant contact with the office while the trucking schedule changed daily due to weather. There were no added costs to our bid, which we were really thrilled with. Special thanks to Joe from thunderbay transport who battled floods, dodged tornadoes and waited out snow storms to deliver the boat.He did a great job!!! ask for him, he goes above & beyond to deliver.

Very good experience. The truck arrived on schedule and the boat was loaded very securely. The boat was delivered on schedule with no damage. I highly recommend this shipper.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am cancelling the transportation of my Sail boat which was damaged because it topled while being loaded by your truck driver and the staff of the boat vendor.The trailer on your truck could not safely and properly transport the Catalina 38 for which you were provided the dimensions; Therefore you misrepresentated to me of you services.After consultation with my legal Counsel I may be filling a lawsuit against your company for damages

Rumiv7 denied our hydraulic trailer for cost reasons, saying the place where the boat was purchased has lifting capabilities. We showed up on time with our lowboy boat trailer and the owner and owner of the shop said no problem loading. The shop only had two forklifts to lift the boat with. We told them several times this will not work. The boat was lifted anyway and toppled. This was not our fault, I feel bad, but we warned him. I feel bad, but we warned him.

We made the 185 mile trip in time for them to load by 500P CA time which was requested by the owner. Our responsibility for the boat begins when the boat is on the trailer since the owner made all the arrangements at the pick & destination points for loading & unloading. We will agree to cancel transport but need to be reimbursed for dead head miles to pick up point. Equip designed for sailboat
