Robert of HTS Company did pretty much exactly what he said he would do. He picked up the vehicle close to the time he had stated (without any problems) he delivered it around the time he said it would be delivered. He called me before the pickup and after the pickup. The only draw back was that I had to pay him with a certified check or money order which was a little inconveniant, although he clearly stated the terms before I accepted his bid.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
HTS company claims they could not navigate the road with their equipment and could not transport the tractor from it's current location.

The 1 mile dirt road was in need of repair after heavy rains. Shipper & I were working on a solution for the access problem. Property owner had the dozer removed via other source without advising the Shipper. Since the dozer was gone, shipping was no longer required. Shipper was very good to work with and both of us are disappointed this classic tractor may be lost to the scrap pile.

Service Provider said Trailer was sub standard condition. We agreed to dismiss the transaction. I have issued a check of $75.00 for Provider's Time & Effort.
The Service Provider was totally professional, and we agreed to cancel the shipment.

Robert is TERRIFIC! VERY PROFESSIONAL!! With fair and competitive pricing, SWIFT DELIVERY- Robert is exceptional. Great service & communication at all times. I moved a Ducati 900 cycle. His closed trailer has custom chocks with no scratch nylon ties to keep the bike secure for the trip without so much as a scratch! Very clean and modern equipment. He moves cars, motorcycles and knows what he's doing! Do yourself a favor and book this guy as soon as possible; you will not be sorry! 10 STARS!!!
