A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The yard where the boat was could not losd.And shipper wants me to pay out of my fee to go back,$230

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time After trailer problems, shipper showed up and the marina lifts were down. I then sent $275.00 westernunion per shippers request for gas money.Marina has had lifts fixed for almost 2 weeks now and the shipper has told me 7 different dates since. Very poor communication and had no intentions of delivering my boat since he left the marina. I am extremely disapointed with the professionalism and communication of the shipper and wil never use him again. Now I am out my deposit and $275.00.

I did some spring work wile i waited for your boat my trailer was fine!$275 was to cover running there and waiting 3 days for your boat.After you told me the $275 was coming out of my fee was when i told you i would not run for free.I have the whole text record to prove it.Its on you that your marina could not load i was on time and stayed 3 days at no charge to you.That is more than fair.
