Herb and Deb were a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating and scheduling was very easy. They picked up and delivered right on schedule even though my trailer blew out a tire, in fact, they had a spare to fix my trailer and even offered to fix blown out tire for me. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Thank you Herb and Deb! On a cold and rainy day, H&D were in constant contact with me and arrived on time. They got my bed safe and dry from West Virginia to Massachusetts in under one day with great service on both ends. Will be sure to use H&D again in the future. Also, they provide cell numbers and email contracting which was very helpful.

I can't thank Deb and Herb enough for their help in delivering my bike. I was having some trouble communicating with the seller after the ebay auction ended, so they handled the whole transaction, arrranging for pickup, paying for the bike and delivering it. As a first time uShipper they babysat me through the process and responded to every phone call or email within minutes. They delivered on the date and time they promised.

This was my first experience with uShip, and though I was a bit nervous about it, Deb and Herb did a fantastic job getting my new bike to me quickly, in pristine condition, and at a reasonable price. They are a very friendly couple and kept in constant touch with me during the shipping process. Service Provider was unable to reach customer after a reasonable period of time

We scheduled a pick up and delivery date. When I called to be sure he got a copy of the contract and to be sure everything was all set he never answered the phone, emails, or texts. We tried numerous times to contact him. He relisted this as a different bike on Uship and when we tried contacting him there he responed saying he was going to cancel because there was a problem with the seller. Since he never cancelled Uship advised us to proceed with the cancellation process.

Excellent, very professional. I have been in the construction business for 30 years, and HDtransport really impressed me with there service, they came when they said they would come, they made sure everything was secure and were very careful, I would reccomend them to any one in the future.
