service provider had problems with previous shipment and could not make pick up at requested time, changed date and she had to cancell again and could not give me a time when could deliver so I cancelled and went and got it myself, only have 20 days in alabama to get a tag after purchase date without penility time was ticking, thanks for your services and please refund my deposit and email when payment is expected to be processed

Due to problems with the shipment that would have brought me closer to this vehicle pick up location (vehicle would not start, had not valid lic plates or regristration) this shipment could not be completed. It would have cost me more to pick up this vehicle then the bid offer of 275.00. I had ready lost a great deal of money and time on three uship shipments this month.

Mr Amir agreed during bid questions and answers that I would drive not trailer his vehicle to Ala.(See listing) When I arrive for the pickup in NC, the vehicle would not start had no tag/regristration for me to delivery it to Ala. I had invested two days travel to and from the pick up location and stayed overnight just to pick up his vehicle. When told that the vehicle would not start and had no tags, Mr Amir hung on on me.

Shipper was unable to make require desposit for the transport of this vehicle from Canada to Tx. After the cancellation of three vehicles from USHIP customers, I am unable to continue going to pick up locations, with out a deposit, where vehicles dont have tags/wont start/or have been sold to another buyer.

Our contract called for a pick up date of between 23-24 April 07. Due to weather conditions along I-80, the shipper was informed that I was behind 1/2 days in picking up his vehicle. He cancelled the shipment on the 24th of April 07, after receiving my call to inform him of the delay.
