Rating: Cancellation Left by: specialistmovers (269 ) On: 8/7/2007 For: 1982 Suzuki GSX 1100 S Katana	I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period We have tried in vain to contact this customer, the one time we did speak, he thought we were another shipper and I believe that the bike has already been moved and that they are avoiding my calls, my phone records will stand as testiment as to the amount of calls and messages we have made, I feel that this shipper should be excluded from Uship as he cost me a lost booking space and 3 days extra hotel bills waiting to collect this bike. Yes as you can tell I am bugged.

However, I was told the motorcycle could be picked up on Monday, July 30 and when I tried to reach the shipper I was unable to do so. I tried to contact him throughout the day and he returned my calls once. When I tried to contact him again I was unable to do so and he never called me back.

That being said no one has matched the care, level of professionalism and the time with which All-in-One shipped my motorcycle. I highly recommend using them and will do so again myself.
Rating: Cancellation Left for: specialistmovers (269 ) On: 8/7/2007 For: 1982 Suzuki GSX 1100 S Katana	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipper did not show up on the date that we agreed upon and when I called him the following week he told me he was coming by to get the bike later in the week. I wondered how he was going to do that given that he didn't have my address information and apparently didn't have my phone as he had not called me concerning why he couldn't make the first pick-up date. I was then involved in an accident and laid up in the hospital for a few days and unable to receive any calls on my cell phone a Response from specialistmovers: This is a BOOK IT NOW customer who never answered my calls after first contact we called him over 20 times as our phone records can prove, and whats this lie about we didnt show up !! WE NEVER HAD AN ADDRESS GIVEN TO US !! theres always gonna be one in life and here he is. WASTER !!

The pick-up date has arrived and is nearly over and he never called back for the address information for pick-up or delivery and has not returned my call. Response from joeships2: This was a misunderstanding, when I called shipper we agreed on the week of the 30th and he assumed I will pick up that day. I also asked him to email me address info and had not received it. While on the road I called him and left a message and he did not return my calls and just canceled the bid.

She did her best with a seller who made picking up the motorcycle difficult to say the least and got it to me as quickly as she could. Dee was by far the most reasonably priced as well.
